Teaching Assistants Needed ASAP in Kings Heath and the B12 Area!

Your new role

I am currently recruiting for Teaching Assistants to start in January. You will be working across EYFS – Year 6, depending on the job role itself. You will be required to support the class teacher by providing general teaching assistant support to the whole class or on a 1:1/small group basis. You will work in line with the lesson plans as set by the class teacher and provide regular feedback as required.

What you'll need to succeed

You MUST have experience working with children. Teaching Assistants are in high demand, therefore it is imperative that you can go to a school and hit the ground running. You will need to be patient, passionate about the learning and development of each child and preferably hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Supporting Teaching & Learning in Schools qualification.
