Your new role
This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Business and Outsourcing team whilst working closely with local tax and audit teams. You will be supporting clients from Southern UK Regions, including London. Your three main focusses will be servicing clients, business development and resource allocation, training and development. This exciting role involves you proactively contributing to the management of all company secretarial business development activities. You will be responsible for the efficient running of the day-to-day management, such as service delivery from client to completion of a job. You will play a pivotal role, liaising with central departments on risk management, taking responsibility for the firm’s risk management and quality control procedures are adhered to at all times.
This is a hybrid role with one to two days in the office with occasional travel to London.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a graduate, associate or fellow of the CGI with experience in a managerial position in a professional firm, listed PLC or dedicated company secretarial provider. You need to be a great communicator with staff and clients and able to prioritise workloads and plan effectively to meet deadlines. Previous experience of working alongside directors of client companies and their professional advisers and the ability to manage and develop staff is very beneficial. Experience of using Diligent Entities and knowledge of financial products, firm services, regulation and compliance, including anti-money laundering, would be fantastic. You need to be efficient in using MS, and it is desirable if you have previous experience of financial statements alongside business development experience.
