Business Support Administrator

Your new company

Hays are working with a growing Manufacturing business based in Telford who are looking for a Business Support Administrator on a permanent basis. This is a very varied role in which you would need to ensure all incoming enquiries are directed to the correct part of the business. The role also includes a wide variety of Administration duties for which training will be given. This role is pivotal in helping deliver a first-class Customer experience.

Your new role

As a Business Support Administrator, your role will involve:
  • Act as the first point of contact, answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls to the correct individual/department.
  • Management of the company sales email address inbox to ensure all emails are forwarded to the correct contact in a timely manner.
  • Providing first class customer service by responding quickly to all enquiries and ensuring any issues are dealt with promptly.
  • Working with the Customer Experience Team to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Assisting with a wide variety of administration tasks.
  • Administration cover for holidays and sickness.
  • Supporting the business with accommodation/vehicle bookings when required.
  • Supporting with external visits, catering requirements, transport etc.
  • Support with sourcing items if required.
