Your new role
You will lead the delivery of governance and company secretarial services across a large portfolio of clients. This is a senior leadership role combining technical expertise, operational oversight, and commercial responsibility. You will oversee end-to-end governance processes, manage and develop teams across multiple locations, act as a senior adviser on complex matters, and drive performance, efficiency, and continuous improvement within the function.
What you'll need to succeed
You will bring significant experience within a senior company secretarial or governance role, ideally within professional services. Strong technical knowledge of UK company law, proven leadership capability, and the ability to manage complex, high-volume client portfolios are essential. You will also demonstrate strong commercial awareness, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a proactive approach to improving processes and driving results.
You will need to be a chartered member of the CGI or equivalent qualification or experience.
