Key findings:

  • The most valued benefits for HR employees are 25+ days annual leave (91%) and contributory pension (66%).
  • Flexible working is considered important to three out of four employees (75%), yet only 45% say it is available to them.
  • Interesting or engaging work is the factor most considered (87%) when HR professionals are looking at new roles.
  • About a third of employers (32%) are offering a bonus based on mix of individual and company performance. However, 44% say they will not be giving bonuses this year.
