BIFM International Investors in FM Excellence Awards 2008
Hays Facilities Management, which specialises in facilities and maintenance jobs, is pleased to sponsor the Award for Best Practice of FM in a PPP Project at the annual BIFM Awards 2008.
The 2008 ceremony takes place on Monday 13 October in the grand setting of the Grosvenor House Hotel, London.

In order to qualify for the PPP Project Award the judges look for evidence that design excellence in flexibility and longevity of infrastructure, services and construction together with innovative use of energy and resources, have set new standards of best practice.
Skanska Facilities Services wins in 2007
Over 1,200 facilities management professionals attended the 2007 event, which proved a huge success. A total of 12 awards were presented on the evening, including the Hays-sponsored category, which was won by Skanska Facilities Services for the Derby Hospitals PFI project.
