On average our consultants receive two days training a month which is delivered through a variety of medium; weekly formal sessions, frequent workshops, performance coaching, on the job, at desk and in the field coaching.
We recruit trainees regularly through a detailed two-way evaluation process to ensure suitability. Selected trainees experience a three to six month on-boarding process this consists of three weeks of intensive training in recruitment processes, our industry, a specialist therapeutic discipline and interpersonal development. This is complemented by at desk and one-on-one coaching and further structured training sessions to ensure the trainees’ skills are developed to highest quality, professional standards. This programme ensures that Life Sciences’ business develops by delivering an industry leading service to our clients and candidates.
We also have an active mentoring programme to support the on-boarding process and ensure open communication channels throughout the organisation.
