CIPD RESOURCING & TALENT PLANNING SURVEY

We are proud to have partnered with the CIPD for their annual Resourcing and Talent Planning Survey, which looks at organisations’ resourcing and talent planning strategies and practices and examines the key challenges they face.

This year's survey is based on 522 respondent organisations from the UK. It provides key benchmarking data and tackles topical issues that are high priorities for many organisations.
