Our team of expert consultants are dedicated to the supply of experienced support staff to schools and colleges throughout the UK. We offer a flexible, effective and time saving recruitment service across all non-teaching roles.
Through innovative attraction methods, dedicated consultants and expert local knowledge, we are committed to providing you with highly skilled, motivated and effective specialist support staff. Whether emergency supply requirements, interim long-term cover or a permanent recruitment solution, we endeavour to work in partnership with you to provide the best staff to support the school.
We are experts at recruiting across all non-teaching specialist roles. These are incorporated under 3 key areas – business management, technicians and administration.
We acknowledge every school or setting has their own recruitment process and sets their own criteria for selection. Your specialist consultant will listen to those requirements, providing a cost-effective solution that benefits you, is bespoke to your school or setting, improves efficiency and enhances the service you receive.
Supporting key initiatives
We help schools unburden teaching staff from the ‘24 tasks’ defined as part of the Workforce Reform programme. Ours is a cost effective service that meets financial management standards (FMSIS). The caliber of support staff we provide are experts in their field, backed up with solid experience in the world of education and business.

Administrative roles can include:

Information and guidance (IAG) roles can include:
Such roles are essential in secondary schools, supporting young people through the increased participation age of 18 and into the world of work.
Since 2005, we have been the sole approved recruitment partner for temporary and permanent staffing for the National Association of School Business Management (NASBM). Working closely with the National College and NASBM, we provide training and professional development for senior school managers. In addition to this, we are proud to sponsor the NASBM School Technician of the Year award.
We are also working in partnership with the Exams Officers Association, assisting schools with their exam invigilators and exam officers.
We offer schools both a temporary and permanent solution to filling their non-teaching roles. We appreciate that most schools require a long-term solution for their non-teaching roles, however we also have a dedicated permanent service for assisting schools with finding the right person.
