The role of our consultants is to build a quality network of candidates and clients engaged in the Telecoms market, equipping us with deep industry knowledge and the ability to provide bespoke solutions to any permanent staffing requirements.

This enables us to ensure that we are introducing only the most appropriate telecoms jobs to our candidates and that we are fully aware of their credentials when introducing them to our clients.
Close co-operation with candidates and clients
We work closely with our clients, taking detailed briefs (in person whenever possible) when we are asked to fill a vacancy.
Our consultants will gain a thorough understanding of the attributes (technical and personal) that our client is looking for in a candidate, in addition to ensuring we’re fully aware of the wider business need and desired recruitment cycle.
This enables us to provide the highest quality advice on candidate availability, salary benchmarking, recommended recruitment methodology and the recruitment timetable.
At every stage of the process, we aim to keep our clients and candidates fully appraised of what is happening, from the first briefing right through until after the successful applicant is in post.
