Competitive rates of pay
The market for temporary medical, nursing, allied health and scientific professionals is highly competitive. As a result, experienced flexible individuals with initiative who are available to start work on short notice will always be in demand.
Your Hays Healthcare recruitment consultant will work to secure the best possible rate of pay for every healthcare role you undertake and our daily payroll system will ensure that you are paid accurately and on time.
As a Hays Healthcare temp, your holiday pay will equate to 24 days pro rata if you work full-time hours. Anyone who works as a limited company will not be eligible to claim holiday pay, as it’s already included in your pay rate. It is your responsibility to ensure that you book holidays on days that are acceptable to the client.
Because we know that many people choose temporary healthcare jobs for the flexibility, we will pay your holiday pay weekly instead of in arrears. This means that you can take your holiday whenever you choose and make the most of your time between assignments. Please be sure to advise your recruitment consultant well in advance if you wish to take holiday time during an assignment.
Why not refer a friend or colleague to Hays Healthcare and earn some extra money? We’ll pay you £250 for any doctor jobs, GP jobs, specialist nurse jobs, theatre practitioner jobs or allied health professional jobs that will fill as a result of your referral.
