This is the third breakfast event in this series where Hays IT has partnered with Cake Solutions Limited.
The talk will explore what happens when the team members work well together ands what happens when they don't, and most importantly, how you can keep improving the collaboration between your team members, as well as their skills. We will also take look at Agile projects from a bean counter's perspective, showing how Agile projects bring not only technical excellence and predictable results, but also improved financial control.
We'll demonstrate that Agile project and financial management is based on good accounting and financial control, not just anecdotal evidence and rage against the corporate inertia.
To reserve your seat at this event, just fill in a few details and somebody will get in touch with you. This is a non-sales focused, community-spirited seminar to promote market intelligence and exchange of experiences.
The speakers, Jan Macháček and Ian Brookes, are highly regarded in their respective fields. Jan is a highly experienced Java enterprise architect, consultant and developer, with very strong technical and team management skills. Ian trained as an accountant and gained extensive commercial experience whilst being employed by Price Waterhouse Chartered Accountants. He has also been a non-executive director of five of the fastest-growing technology and services-based businesses in and around the North West.
