Diversity in action: Recruit for greater diversity
Hays, in partnership with The Employers Network for Equality & Inclusion (enei), warmly invite you to join us at the next event in our Diversity in Action series: a highly interactive roundtable which will examine some of the major themes that are driving recruitment and retention policies, processes and day to day practice, within the context of organisational change. We will provide a framework that explores what inclusive recruitment and retention looks like, supported by a number of best practices and case studies.
Key questions that will be explored will include:
• What’s changing in your markets? What are the risks of retaining “mini me” recruiting practices?
• What best practice is out there for recruiting more diverse talent and skills, via direct hire and through agencies?
• How we can improve processes to attract, recruit, retain and develop a diverse work sphere that reflects and rewards diverse talent and skills?
