Law is this candidates ‘second career’. They took the decision to study the LPC in 2013 and immediately secured a training contract with a national law firm; recently admitted to the Roll, they are keen to secure a role within a Local Authority, as their ultimate goal is to secure a position as a Child or Adult Care Solicitor.
This candidates passion is for Public Sector law, prior to embarking on a career as solicitor they worked as a counsellor, risk assessing vulnerable adults suffering from mental health problems and any addressing any arising child protection issues.
During their training contract, they again focused on the law surrounding both Adult and Childcare and gained experience in advocacy in both the Civil and Family courts. On completion of their training contract, they relocated to Birmingham and are now immediately available and eager to secure either a locum or temporary job.
