A Degree educated hands on Service Desk Manager who has over 10 years experience working within Local Government. Immediately available for a new contract, or permanent role, based in Salisbury, ideally looking for work within Hampshire.

This candidate has excellent interpersonal skills and interviews very well. I believe they would make a great addition to any team, being an effective communicator at all levels.

Technical skills:
• Windows 7, 8 and 10 on PC, laptop and tablet.
• MS Office, Exchange and Outlook 2010.
• Citrix App Centre/Wyse (Thin Client)
• MS Exchange 2010 and Active Directory
• Remote Support
• ITIL Practitioner
