An accomplished Degree educated Service Desk Analyst with extensive experience working within the Local Government Sector, as well as private sector. Immediately available for a new interim, or permanent position close to Southampton/ Hampshire.

Most recently completed a contract as service desk analyst, responsible for logging calls, tickets and resolving 1st and some 2nd Line queries. An ITIL Practitioner, with experience supporting: Windows XP/ 7/ 8, Active Directory and Exchange, committed to delivering excellent customer service at all times, ensuring SLAs are met and issues resolved in a timely manner.

Strong written and verbal communication skills. This candidate has also been held Security Clearance.
