An experienced individual with a multi-skilled background in both retail and supply. Currently working on behalf of the top 4 retailers as a retail business development manager. Having worked for their present employer since early 2015, starting off as a National Accounts Manager. They achieved increasing year on year sales by 10.89%, reduced waste by 1.43% and maintained 99.8% customer satisfaction. Recently, they have been promoted to Business Development Manager, whereby they create and deliver training programmes, deliver recommendations for quality, waste performance and principles that drive sales and reduce waste.
Prior to this, they worked alongside Sainsburys as a Regional support Manager whereby they focused on KPI’s and buyers, specifically within meat. Previous to this, they worked as the Regional Counters Coach across Northern Ireland. Within this role they trained and developed over 350 staff members. Starting off their career in retail working as the District Manager in Lidl, covering 6 stores and turning over £14.4 million per annum. They were able to increase sales by 7.5%, believing this to be mainly down to correctly training their staff.
