Sarah is an exceptional Early Years Expert who is looking to join and support a new Nursery with her strong skill set. She is a professional and enthusiastic individual who genuinely cares about the educational development of young children.

Sarah has a place on the Initial Teacher Training course at Plymouth University starting September 2016 and with this course comes funding to the nursery that she is employed at. Her most recent Nursery has just closed without notice and she is looking for another Nursery to employ and support her progression.

In both her two previous jobs she quickly progressed from Early Years Practitioner to Senior Nursery Practitioner due to her strong organisation, communication and dedication to the Early Years Industry.

Sarah has completed a degree in Educational Studies where she was given a broad insight into Early Years, Outdoor Learning, Inclusion and SEND and through this she fell in love with Early Years. Sarah has experience of working with children from birth right through to age 5 and is not fazed by taking on additional responsibilities she actually thrives on it.

Sarah has also completed her Level 3 in Communication Counts which helps support children with speech, language and communication needs. She also completed the accredited Portage course increasing her educational knowledge with the aim of supporting children with additional needs along with supporting their families.

Sarah is passionate about outdoor education come rain or shine, she especially enjoys interacting with young children in the rain throwing powder paint in the puddles. She also enjoys using quantity games counting trees and apples and using puzzles to help the children develop their English, Maths and Motor skills to name but a few.

Sarah is a very hardworking individual who shows great encouragement and care in both her work and personal life. Education is her passion and she loves providing new knowledge to children and feels that the happiness you get when a child has learnt something from you is priceless. She is also a trustworthy and reliable individual and her career is very important to her.

Sarah is ambitious and polite and would be of great benefit to any Early Years setting, the Initial Teacher Training course is for 1-3 days per month and I would highly recommend you get in touch ASAP to employ and support this talented individual.
