Project - Programme Planning - PMO Professional
Interim Project Planning Engineering Manager with experience spanning over multiple sectors including Comms, Oil and Gas, Utilities, Rail, Electrical, Construction and Financial Services. Specialising in production/process management and programme/project planning.

A self-starting planner, who has delivered in a wide variety of industries and operational areas, who will engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Their broad experience ensures that they are able to quickly identify potential issues and offer simple, efficient and timely solutions ideally suited to multi-stream programmes. I have extensive experience delivering all PMO functions including, Planning, Dependency Tracking, Resource & Budget Scheduling Vendor management, Risk, Issue and Change management, Earned Value and S-Curve analysis.

Systems/Software used
Fully conversant with most project management and planning software, an expert user of MS Project, Primavera P6, PMW/Niku, Monte Carlo (SRA), Artemis and the MS Office suite (inc. Project 365, Live Meeting, Visio & Excel). I also have an excellent understanding of data management and reporting tools such as Oracle, Clarity, Sharepoint, MPD, etc).

Extensive experience in the practical implementation of all major Project Management techniques (Prince 2, Agile, MSP, DSDM, Waterfall, CPM, etc), and a good knowledge of NEC3 contracts, CDM regulations and the GRIP delivery process.

Most recently completed Interim assignments providing guidance to a number of small business start-ups defining the processes and costs required to enable these companies to move their businesses to the next stage.
PMO Planner within Rail. Guiding Project Management staff through planning requirements for projects delivering Committed Obligations covering;- upgrades, new Rolling Stock and systems and resource scheduling. Evaluating alternative Project and Business management tools, advising on the capabilities of each and recommending appropriate plan content/structure enabling a smooth transition to the new environment.
PMO Programme Planner - Automotive
Created and Managed plans for a new division integrating the Construction, Infrastructure and MRP rollout programmes for a green field vehicle assembly plant overseas. Ensuring that all workstream, project and vendor plans are properly structured and resourced.
