Originally trained as an electrician where this candidate served their time with an electrical installation and maintenance contractor in the commercial and industrial sector.
He moved on to work for a large public sector body as a maintenance electrician overseeing a substantial estate in the greater Belfast area and has since developed his skill set becoming a Multi Skilled engineer working on oil and gas boilers, electrical repair, air-conditioning and ventilation maintenance.
Over the past 10 years he has moved up into management role working for a large housing association as a maintenance manager and for one of the UK’s largest private sectors hard services FM providers as a Facilities Manager on a portfolio of properties maintaining M&E and building fabric.
This candidate possesses an excellent ability to work with, motivate and manage people supported by an enviable mix of technical skills across the mechanical and electrical spectrum.
Due to location he is ideally seeking a position in the north Co. Antrim / Co. Londonderry area and is immediately available.
