This candidate is a CIPD qualified L&D professional with experience of delivering quality L&D and educational services to both internal and external customers. She has experience of the whole L&D/training cycle across all levels soft skills, management and leadership development, talent management, succession planning, technical and compliance training. She excels in designing and delivering engaging, high impact learning solutions using accelerated learning techniques and 70-20-10 approach, continually coaching learners, staff and managers to truly embed the desired learning and organisational behaviours.
Having left her last L&D role through redundancy, she took a career break to travel and gained valuable international work experience teaching English. She secured a role as Principal of a Language Centre in Malaysia where she was able to utilise her L&D skills to make a positive impact in raising the academy’s profile and capabilities. She would now like to move back into a specialist Learning & Development role to maximize her potential and fully utilize her skill set and feed her passion for developing people.
In her L&D and academic roles, she has managed a variety of projects through which she has developed strong stakeholder management, influencing and change management skills. In addition she was responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of learning interventions at various levels including the collection, collation and analysis of data for the calculation of ROI and producing metrics.
Being extremely customer and delivery focussed, an innovative team player, committed to continuous improvement with a working knowledge of lean principles, along with her strong design and facilitation skills, she would be a real asset to any team she joins.
