Interim Headteacher – Primary School

An outstanding Interim Headteacher with a strong track record for improving schools placed in Special Measures. An inspiring and determined leader with extensive experience in developing and motivating NQTs and student teachers. Excellent knowledge of educating children with either complex needs or disadvantaged backgrounds.

-Awarded NPQH
-Led current school from Requires Improvement to Good in one term
-Part of the leadership team that moved previous primary school from Special Measures to Good in 13 months
-Ensured a 3 year upward trend in achievement at previous school
-Raised achievement at current school, in particular for disadvantaged pupils who now achieve in line with their peers
