This person is currently working as an Import Merchandiser with a popular retailer and supplier. He has daily communication with the Far East ensuring purchase orders are raised, approvals are made and dates are adhered to. He works closely with customer accounts, acting as the middle-man between them and the factories to ensure dates are maintained and quality products are delivered. In addition to his Import Merchandising role, he also gets involved in customer care because of his language skills – he translates, proofreads and approves instruction manuals in English, French, Spanish and Dutch. This candidate is bilingual between French and English.
