He is an Independent Transformation Programme Director specialising in HR/ERP Programmes; He has extensive experience in Business Transformation and Change Management, HR and ERP Programmes. he has Start-up, Multi Site/Multi Cultural and Global implementation Experience. He has both public and private sector experience and would now like to work only with the charity Sector. His Clients have included RNIB, Deloitte Touché, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Royal Bank of Scotland, Siemens, AVIVA Group, Rolls Royce, CSC, Tata Consultancy Services, Vodafone, Vestas Wind Systems, British Airways, UK & EU Government & Academic Institutions,

He is versatile and flexible manager, proactive, pragmatic and innovative, able to develop strategies and solutions to meet organisational business goals and strategic objectives. he has SC CTC and Disclosure Scotland security clearance.

• Experience of implementing leading Software Platforms Oracle, PeopleSoft and SAP

• On Shore – Off Shore and Virtual Programme Teams ranging from 25 – 180 personnel and Programme Budgets from 1 – 60 Million

• Competent with a variety of Project Delivery Methodologies for implementation

His last role at RNIB as a HRIS Programme Manager he was asked by the CIO/HRD to help them recover a failing HR & Payroll implementation Programme, this programme was running over twelve months late and significantly over budget.
