Hays Human Resources are currently representing an HR Manager, to find her next assignment.
This candidate is a dedicated and experienced MCIPD Chartered HR generalist with a solution, results and customer focused ethos. She is confident working both strategically and operationally to implement new policies and procedures, as well as managing a team of 9.
Key duties managed include;
• Leading the HR Operation Administrative and Resourcing teams through a period of significant change
• Contributed to the design and implementation of a new HRIS recruitment system
• Delivered the reward and benefit system and advised managers on how to implement system
• Advised and coached leaders and managers, identifying and prioritising resourcing needs and L&D requirements
• Used a variety of systems including Oracle and iGrasp
• Maintained up to date knowledge of the external operating environment and best practice
