A positive and confident HR Advisor with experience of working in high profile companies. Strong knowledge of employment legislation and compliance with company policies and procedures. A confident and a capable communicator and an enthusiastic team player with the ability to work with their own initiative


Career History

  • have worked for the world’s largest broadcasting company, delivering HR service by providing advice and support to over 14,000 employees
  • First point of contact to all managers and employees for the HR department dealing with general HR queries and providing basic guidance on employee relations issues
  • Acting up in the absence of the HR Team Leader by delegating and distributing workload to the team by being able to prioritise and being aware of strict Service Level Agreements. Point of contact for providing advice on processes and procedures and the escalation of issues for managers, HR Business Partners and colleagues
  • Relationship management by liaising with HR Business Partners and HR Legal on employment offers and contractual issues
  • Job shadowing HR Advisors in conducting flexible working meetings, maternity and capability meetings
