An accomplished HR Advisor with over 10 years’ experience working in a hands-on operational capacity, both standalone and as part of a team. They have extensive experience in employee relations, including; grievances, disciplinaries, capability and attendance management.
In addition they have supported businesses with restructuring, TUPE, recruitment and on boarding. Throughout their career they have been involved in the training and development of staff members and managers. They have worked in both private sector and the third sector gaining experience working in the retail commercial industry and service delivery environments.
Able to communicate effectively at all levels, utilising a partnership approach, with proven influencing and leadership skills which helps them achieve business objectives.
