• Competent user of HR Systems, HRIS, Igrasp, Oracle and Peoplesoft
• HR Service delivery for over 400 employees
• Training design and delivery
• Policy development and implementation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
• Experience in managing Trade Union relationships and collective consultation
• Business restructuring, organisational design and redundancy
• Experience in delivering workshop appraisals and closing settlements
• Experience of being in a standalone HR Advisor position for a large organisation
