Strong international mobility expertise gained over the last eighteen years from an in-house leadership, management consultancy and change management perspective. This exceptional candidate has proven experience in not only the management of end to end assignment services but also in the development and management of project plans to address function immediate priorities and to transform global mobility into a compliant, cost effective and administratively sound function. Whilst underpinning the compliance principles they have developed end to end process supporting both the policy and company infrastructure and successfully off shored the function. Along with this they have provided day to day functional management of the global mobility team with particular focus on maintaining process control, upskilling, educating and supporting technical escalations.
