This candidate is a qualified Primary teacher and has been teaching consistently in Reception and KS1. Having been at her current school for over 10 years, she is now looking to start a new position in January. She is ideally looking to teach a Reception or KS1 class.

When meeting this teacher at interview, she came across as extremely hardworking and committed to getting the best from her pupils. She is an excellent communicator with a positive attitude and is particularly strong at building relationships with parents. She encourages them to get involved in their children’s learning and the wider school community. She is a reflective practitioner and seeks every opportunity to learn and improve.

At her current school this candidate is the G&T Coordinator, EAL support and has been acting KS1 Phase Leader. She has also previously been an LEA Governor and Parent Governor at neighbouring schools. As G&T Coordinator, she organises school trips to institutions such as Imperial College and King’s College London to boost pupil confidence and raise standards.
