A dynamic EMEA Payroll & Benefits Manager with over 15 years’ experience working in a fast paced retail environment. A candidate who possess extensive knowledge of payroll, benefit, budgeting and also HR experience.

CIPP - MSc in Business & Payroll Management
Oversee & supervise the payroll processing & benefits administration of around 650 employees across 6 EMEA countries including Italy assisted by 2 Payroll Administrators.
Oversee & review all payroll related financial reporting for month end & year end inc monthly GL journals, accruals, FTE and Head Count reports along with reconciliation of monthly P&L accounts
Oversee all company benefits via 3rd parties, including Pensions, Healthcare, Insurances, Childcare vouchers, Company Cars & Cycle to work scheme
Providing training on systems (payroll and HR), processes and company policies within the HR team
Assisting HR department – processing employee data on HR system (PeopleSoft), issuing various employee relations letters & employments contracts
End of Tax year process, including preparation of P60’s/P35’s, P11Ds’s &calculation of Class 1A
Calculation and administration of all statutory payments for Tax, NI & pensions.
Ensure the calculations relating to payroll queries, manual payments, overpayment & BACS recalls are processed accurately.
