I have recently registered this fantastic Business Analyst who has a wealth of experience within Digital. I think the level of experience he has acquired throughout multiple years in the IT industry is second to none and for the last 3 years he has specifically focussed on working within digital projects.
In his last role, a large central government agency, he was responsible for the discovery stage of a new website which was used to understand the user needs of providers and to find the key business data needs to meet GDS digital transformational standards. He also conducted user research and produced process maps to capture to capture the current AsIS process. This was particularly challenging as he had to communicate with non-technical staff and stakeholders, so had to be extra meticulous when explaining and gathering requirements to them and coming from a technical background he finds it easy to liaise with technical stakeholders.
His other experience also includes coaching and training the technology department of one of the largest government departments in the country to move away from the traditional Waterfall way of working and into Agile. He captured user needs through interviews and workshops to create high level business process epics and stories in an Agile backlog and took the responsibility as the technical liaison between the technology team and the business department.
Available to interview and start immediately this candidate would be a fantastic addition to any team within any company and I do not expect them to be on the market long, so if you would like to interview them, see their CV or find out more information please do not hesitate to contact me.
