A highly talented senior manager with 20 years’ experience within product development, clinical trials, regulatory approval and product support from initial concept to final product delivery for a range of in-vivo, in-vitro and clinical diagnostic devices; this candidate has spent most of their career in leadership positions at small- to medium-size companies.
This technical expert has taken a number of products through to market, managing portfolios of up to 50 IVD and diagnostic device projects and taking overall responsibility/control for company R&D strategy, direction and development.
They have led departments, controlling cross-functional teams of 25 people, developing and implementing market development strategies, managing budgets and timelines, providing technical input to solve product and process development issues, and dealing extensively with supplier, client and third party negotiations and tech transfers.
Immediately available after their last position ended, this senior manager has excellent technical and commercial skills, and is looking for a permanent senior leadership role within a small-medium sized company, where they can continue to have a real world impact.
