In their most recent role within the motor industry, my candidate enjoyed all aspects of customer service. They are confident with complaint handling and resolving issues, dealing with a high-volume of email enquiries and ensuring that all calls are logged and are acted upon efficiently.

They also have previous experience with phone handling, audio and copy typing, credit control, producing sales invoices, negotiations, project administration and maintaining bespoke databases.

My candidate would be an asset to any business requiring an individual that will take ownership of their role and work to make a positive impact on their team.
