Location: Scunthorpe, willing to commute up to 45 minutes
Salary required: £25,000 per annum +

An enthusiastic, and self-motivated individual with a wealth of knowledge in Customer Service and Customer Care management; A good level-headed and approachable team player with excellent organisation skills and a proven ability to motivate and coach team members.

This candidate has many years in banking branch and centralised back-office operational and business management experience, followed by a couple of years in Service Desk of a National Fire and Security business; overseeing all disputes and complaints.
