A people focused individual who likes to work alongside a team, developing strong relationships with the individuals they manage.

Within their current role, they are managing a small team of individuals, conducting daily meetings to catch up on the day before and set agendas for the day, consistently motivating the team, rewarding and praising hard work. They have a strong belief that as a manager they wouldn't ask a member of their team to do something they wouldn't and therefore will happily sit with the team to assist with answering customer enquiries, complaints and will always be focused on developing the skills of the team.
