A self-motivated and enthusiastic candidate, Laura is ideally seeking a customer service management role in which she can flourish whilst demonstrating her extensive customer service management experience.
Laura is currently employed as a key account manager within a London based facilities management company, whereby she is the key point of contact for 100s of large scale clients across the city. As a clear communicator, Laura is critical in building and maintaining relationships both with her clientèle and team. Prior to this role, Laura operated as a customer relationship manager with a large scale car rental company, in which she was able to demonstrate her ability to effectively lead and develop a team. The candidate headed up the recruitment process for two teams, successfully growing her span of control from 5 to 11.
Given her wealth of experience Laura is looking for a role within the 40,000 – 50,000 bracket, and seeking a London based role in which she can make a real difference to overall company performance. I am in no doubt that Laura will prove to be a key asset to her next employer!
