He has a hands on approach and has a high level of interpersonal skills and drive with a keen interest in customer relations. In his current role he joined the company when there were just 5 employees and now they have over 50 including 5 he manages. He has been involved with product development and taking on projects with the development of new products which were on the back of clients requests. He has been extremely successful within his role growing the business, setting up a new complaints system which was then linked to a new report system set up for the senior management, changed offices hours to boost staff morale and productivity and finally one of his biggest achievement thus far is the set up and completion of a new site.
