A great candidate who has a range of experience working in Administrative and Customer Service positions. She talked me through her experience during our interview and has mainly managed customer and client accounts, which has included telephone work, general administration, raising invoices and purchase orders and also dealing with disputes. Her experience has also been very customer service focused as well as supporting teams internally and taking ownership of administrative duties from start to finish. A huge part of her current role is managing the renewal and referral process.
She is currently working at a large insurance business as an Administrator, and although she enjoys the role, there are massive changes taking place in the business which is leading to re structures and has meant that promised room for progression and further training on the product has been compromised. The candidate ideally wants to join a business that offers her opportunity to grow and develop. She will leave this role for the right opportunity.
