•Experience of managing a credit control team of up to 20 with 5 direct reports in a fast paced environment and Month End reporting to Management Boards
•Setting of KPI’s and SLA’s within the team to ensure 5000 monthly premiums were collected in line with company policy which included dunning process, call volumes, cash collection and monitoring monthly direct debits
•Attending meetings with key clients with sensitive and difficult cases, tailoring payment plans through building of relationships
•Consistent in over achieving targets and set up of legal department for litigation cases.
