Successfully defending a complaint made to the Advertising Standards Authority (‘ASA’) regarding a trailer for a horror movie, with sole responsibility for drafting responses to the ASA. Drafting master creative services agreements and other commercial agreements with companies running competitions, events and promotions and/or producing marketing materials, including issuing any necessary licences, assignments and release forms to protect company intellectual property.
