Hays office support have recently registered a very impressive administrator that is currently working on a 26.5 hour week but looking to increase her hours. As her current employer can not facilitate this she is seeking a move to a company that can offer a permanent, full time position.
In interview this candidate was confident, professional and as we progressed through the interview, identified there was much more responsibilities and workload she was responsible for. Her main duties would include;

- Logistics and route planning for 5+ driver's
- Invoicing administration
- Holiday booking
- Customer services and complaints
- Working with Excel to pull reports for senior management
- Working to daily deadlines
This candidate has great communication skills, 15+ years admin experience, GCSE's to include Maths and English and GNVQ in business administration.
