Previous experience with Windows migration and support (Windows XP/7/ 8) for Laptops, Tablets and PCs. Technical experience also includes: 1st/ 2nd Line Service Desk Support, Exchange, AD, Software & Hardware support (PCs & Printers), LAN/ WAN, Network Administration, Unix.
Previous roles have primarily been IT and Engineering focused, where strong team work, excellent communication and meticulous problem solving skills were demonstrated on a daily basis, along with a focus on delivering time critical results in line with budgets.
