Terms and Conditions

- A £750 voucher will be paid for every middle grade and consultant grade doctor (consultant, staff grade, specialty doctor, ST2 and above) you refer who works 250 hours with us.
- Earn up to £500 for every PICU nurse, NICU nurse, theatre nurse you refer who works 250 hours with us. Earn £500 for every general practitioner who works 100 hours with us.
- Earn up to £250 for every specialist nurse or hospital doctor (other than those listed above), or a RGN, RMN, general practitioner, theatre practitioner, occupational therapist, physiotherapist, speech and language therapist, radiographer or dietitian referred to us who works 250 hours with us
- The value will be paid in vouchers and not cash.
- Excludes candidates currently registered with Hays or are already working through Hays
- Excludes candidates who take up temporary assignments within the Ministry of Defence
- Referrals must be made to Hays before the referred person registers with Hays - referrals made at a later stage will not be valid
- The referral must of worked the 250 hours before the vouchers can be claimed
- Only referrals working in for locum, temporary, contract or interim roles will be eligible for the reward.
- We can only accept referrals for people eligible to work in the UK
- Hays reserves the right to offer an alternative reward of the same value at any time
- Only Hays Healthcare is participating in this scheme
- Hays’ decision is final
